MATCH MESSAGES PART V

FOR COMPARISON PURPOSES
I saved a good handful of these delightful Match messages, so that we could have back to back posts with POF messages, to really see the difference in quality. Let's get right into it.
Let's see what treasures lie ahead.

TWENTY ONE: DEJA VU
” Hello,

I like your profile, I think it is a good match.
I am intelligent, generous, passionate, compassionate, highly educated, like outdoors and traveling.

Would you please check my profile to see if interested to contact me?
I will send you my photos after you contact me please.

I have traveled to many countries, so I consider myself some one that knows many cultures. I am passionate, caring, kind, respectful, generous, fun, and a gentleman who knows how to treat a woman. I am looking for some one compatible for relationship, a partner that would be my best friend at the same time.- [name]”

He’s 41 and has no profile picture. He’s also sent me this exact message twice now. Word for word.
I didn’t respond a month ago and I didn’t respond now. C'mon man, without pictures to offer, no dice.

TWENTY TWO: 2ND TIME IS THE CHARM?
“Hello,

OK, I know this is a dangerous move, sending a second email. It veers alarmingly close to “behavior of an internet crazy,” which believe me, I am totally aware of. But you seemed really great in your profile, and I couldn’t resist taking another shot. Someone who likes video games and goes to Comic Con is someone I just have to know. So anyway, I hope to hear back from you. I promise I’m only 50% as crazy as this seems ;)”

This guy initially sent me the Shaking Babies message from a previous post. I actually almost regret not messaging back, just to see where it would have gone. And after quitting Match, I thought maybe I’d try that tactic on POF, thinking of the hilarity that may ensue if I actually engage some of these guys in conversation. However, after reading the first 40 however many messages I received in the first day, I'm deeply concerned about what may happen if I respond to anything!

On a side note though, I almost (the key word here is “almost”) regret not messaging this guy back because the message did intrigue me. I honestly didn’t respond mostly because of the fact that the pictures he had up just didn’t really do much for me. I mean, the main pic was a good one, but then when I clicked on the rest, I was like “meh”…. But truthfully, if I look back at some of the guys I did respond to who were perhaps better looking in their pictures, well most of those conversations were so dull and boring, I simply just stopped responding. …Oh my, am I getting too deep in thought here? Don’t want to do that. Let’s move along then!

TWENTY THREE: STAR WARS
“Funny, you do look like Emily Browning, that's the first thing I thought seeing your picture. I worked on a movie with her and we hung out, she's totally rad, you seem similar and exactly the same size!

So what do you think about JJ Abrams doing the new Star Wars movies? I'm hoping he doesn't bring the Star Trek style to the Star Wars Universe, but I am otherwise optimistic. What do you think?”

Trying to lure me into a conversation about Star Wars almost worked. Almost.

TWENTY-FOUR: YOUR NAME AGAIN WAS?
“I am [Name]

I like good music, great times and enjoying life.

I am attracted to petite girls who are super cool and not uptight.

What else would you like to know.. I think you are super cute...and tiny! Like both!

[Name]”

This guy looks great but seems to be missing a personality. I like good music, great times and enjoying life. Well who the hell doesn't? I can’t imagine how dull he would be in person.
Yawn. Huh? No, I'm listening. Please tell me more.

TWENTY FIVE: ANY LUCK?
“Hello im [Name], stumbled on your profile and liked what I read. I'm a down to earth type- integrity, high morals, humor, being humble, and staying physically fit by exercising are things I live by and work on...grew up on the beach, the ocean is my secret nirvana. I love everything about it. Im an engineer and get to travel from time to time for work, I really like to explore so traveling is a vice of mine. ... Love the fact that you seem passionate about the things you do, but seemingly can also enjoy the simple/fun things life has to offer as well..I can relate im the same.

Take a look at my profile, anything else just ask. Btw, how long have you been on here for, any luck? I'm new, just curious...

Talk soon,
[Name]”

Is it inappropriate to just send him the link to my blog?
